Does anyone have experience with Sonicwall's anti-virus subscription. The
info that I got from the web site makes it sound fool-proof, but the model
where all machines are forced by the firewall to have the latest and
greatest software version and virus defs leaves me with some questions.
How does this service differentiate Windows traffice from Unix and other
not-as-vulnerable OS traffic? How many angry users do you have to deal
with because the firewall is preventing them from accessing the WAN before
downloading and installing the latest files? How easy is it for the users
to install these updates, and how long does it take?
If anyone has any experience with these issues, please let me know.
