It may also be worth looking at Novell's BorderManager. It's ISA Servers most direct competitor as it also supports the Caching and VPN functionality that ISA does. In fact ISA server looks like an MS clone of BorderManager. Its single biggest downfall is that its reporting kinda stinks.
