If you have a powerful router there are a few things you can do on them to
filter. Just lookup Code Red on their site.

Better yet, fix the problem before it starts:

1. Properly configured anti virus on every desktop and server.
2. Update AV signatures daily.
3. Remove unneeded services from desktops and servers. IIS etc.
4. Use tools like Nessus (http://nessus.org) to assess your internal
network.
5. Filter AV and extensions on your email.
6. Keep your MS patches current.
