Do your clients get disconnected after a certain period of inactivity? I had
this issue, and found out there was a 30 second timeout (configurable) on
our firewall. Citrix does not send keepalives, so my clients got
disconnected if they didn't do anything after 30 seconds. I set the clients
tcp keepalive timers (Windows tcp parameters) down to 90 seconds (defaults
to 2 hrs which IMO is too long), and set the firewall tcp timeout up to 2
minutes. We no longer have the disconnects anymore.

Subject: Citrix client disconnections

CP 4.1 SP3
When I install policy on the firewall all citrix clients are getting
disconnected.
Checkpoint says it's a know n issue and in order to fix that the tcp and udp
services must be custom-created (instead of CP default ones). Then policy
must be reinstalled.
I tryied that and it didn't help.
Any ideas regarding the possible solution?
