just as a useful FYI, for this feature, djbdns's tinydns
(http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html) cannot be beat.  rather than just allowing
admins to set a TTL, it allows admins to set a future date-time at which
the entry expires.  the TTL is then calculated every time the entry is
served.  v. cool.
