They're wrong. Or, at least they're unaware of the group of people
providing fixes and updates to FWTK. Besides, many of the fwtk proxies
don't *need* "upgrading" - ftp is still ftp :-)
In any case, the best place to ask FWTK questions is the fwtk-users mailing
list.
