It's not merely a matter of ports, there are a number of frontpage cgi's and helpers that need to be put in place, the frontpage info files would be your best source of reference. Now, there have been fixes relased a few times for those tools due to exploits they have been subject to from time to time. I'm not sure if they are currently fixed, frontpage here is confined to an internal server and pages are pushed outwards to the real web server from there on a timely basis. You might find out what current issues the tools or toys for frontpage are currently exploitable on the securityfocus website, in their vulnerabilities plistings, but, since their big change not too long ago, I have found their site to be much less useful then it once was, others might have figgered out what I'm missing, if I have been missing something.
I'm sure there are other vlnerabilities databases folks can point you to for the info you need to become aware of the issues, and they in turn will reprovide me with a clue to change my reliance on a resource that seems to be lacking these days.
