I suspect it may well be a mail config issue. If the exchange servers rejects relays, it will have to be fixed to properly accept for the full fsu.edu domain, and it might not be so setup at present. If so, it is not braod enough perhaps to do all the work it is wished to do, especially if set to reject relayed e-mails.
