First, the conduit command is for passing traffic thru the PIX, from a
less secure interface to one more secure.

Check:

Subject: PIX (snmp to outside)

Dear All,
I have moved the snmp managment server to outside
section. Before it was in inside and I had a
snmp-server inside x.x.x.x command and everything were
ok. Now, after moving the snmp management system I
change the command to snmp-server outside xx.xx.xx.xx
and also add such a rule :
conduit permit host [pix IP] [snmp management IP] eq
161
before adding this rule access to pix 161 were denied.
But still I can't get any response from pix. Any help
?

Thanks
