Nobody was ever fired for buying from $BIG_CORPORATION. But I'd like to
point out a "security weakness" on your judgement.

Please search google.com: "Microsoft engineers are weenies site:wiretrip.net".

>Bottom line: No product is foolproof, they all have their repective
>strengths and weaknesses. But when I put my company's (or my clients')
>data on the line I go with mainstream, recognizable products: Microsoft,

Your clients' safety is your own safety, and nobody was ever fired for
buying IBM either. But the accountability argument that goes with
$BIG_CORPORATION's name doesn't have any value. The EULA on your products
debunk the accountability myth.

There are good Unix hands in this list. And there are good NT hands too.
It's the persons capability that reduces the risk of running a networked
system. After all, a secure system is disconnected from the power supply.
