Well you should be talking to the Admin of your company.
It sounds like they  have set it up so that you DO NOT
HAVE access.  They also might want to know what
kind of sites you are visiting.

A complete stab in the dark, try your network log on.  See if that works,
kind of think it will not.  Unless the firewall is opened to port 80 (http) traffic or
you have a log in to by pass it, you are kind of stuck..

Also please turn off the HTML in your Email.  A lot of the list will not
read a message in this format... Thank you...
