This corporate entity has lost all credibility here, since some of their
stradagies came to full light after the 9/11 fiasco, like after not being
able to "sell" all the surplus blood donated by people after the 9/11
attacks, and not having the capability to properly store that "product"
for other times of need, they just dumped it down the drain. Some charity
eh? If it can;t be sold, then dump, nd of course lie to the ublic about
what you plan to do with what is donated and they can't really sell...

Actually, SGI is the king in the graphics/unix arena. Most them old
sparcs and other smaller suns make better desktop systems these days, and
can play at a commandline level, though, there is still a relaince in most
folks minds for point and click simplicity, such as the windows realm
pushes as a must <so there must be a need for graphics capabilities and
simplicty in those depts of yers?>. Yet, folks should note the great
strides the linux realm haspushed into the mainstream unix vendor realm
as most all the big players now include linux functionality into their
products. Not that I'm saying this is the Best Thing<TM>, but it is the
current wave they play. But, there must be a reason that linux has
gained such a foothold, yes? And prior to the AOL buyout of redhat...

OK, so you're a Ph.D. Just don't touch anything.
