<fact>
I've worked for a critical financial company which I helped build, and we contracted Savvis for both our T-1's to the office, and DS-3's to our hosting facility. They were ahead of schedule, eager to help, and kick major butt on service/uptime. I have a contact in sales/engineering if you'd like to get a great person to talk to. I DO NOT work for them, but have lots of experience with their firm in the past. They WILL bend over backwards to make you happy...I can vouch for that.
Their Intelligent IP (IIP) product is stellar, and works as promised. It may be a little more costly since they're using ATM, but in the end, you'll be glad you did.
