I use Kiwi (http://www.kiwisyslog.com/index.htm) with my PIX - but try to 
avoid the Cisco TCP option, if your syslog server crashes or runs out of 
space then the PIX will stop accepting connections (then again you might 
want this if you *have* to keep logs of all connections).

The Cisco site has the manual

pick the version of the OS you have.
