which is better :ISA OR WINTROUTE?

Dear sir I am looking for a software for link my DSL and my LAN ,someone introduce me ISA Server and the other told me WINROUTE,on the other hand,I want to make a good filewall ,will you help me is ISA OR winroute is enough ,and if yes which one is better,or I should look for hardware for firewall?
