We are using an older version of RAINWALL and is going to upgrade to its
latest version.  Is it necessary to shutdown of the firewall cluster (a
complete outage) for the upgrade?  Any pointers are appreciated.

I tried their 1-800-number published on the web site a number of times, but
a voice mail saying that the number is not in service??  I tried the
Internnational number, noone answered the the phone??
