It depends on whether Cisco have come across this issue. A quick check of their site shows the following: CSCdu89190: PIX crashes with multiple ssh aaa authen failures or success which was fixed in the 6.1(3) OS release for the PIX. You could try upgrading to that version - or the latest which is 6.2(1) - and see if you get the same problem, if so then report it to Cisco so they can determine what the problem is and get it fixed.
