PIX 515 HELP

Is there any way to monitor VPN access to these guys? I need to know how many connections, traffic, things like that. Can I set idle timeouts?   We have some people having trouble, and it sounds like resource issues, but I am not sure how to determine what is even in use. Cisco's docs are very vague, or I can't find the right items. TIA
