Last months issue of Information Security had an article examining how suspect the FBI's information is, Curmudgeon's Cornter; Go Figure, Can You Trust Inforsecurity Surveys?, By Jay Heiser April 2002. Seems their information might well be vendor lead and is poor statics in general.
