The RoBoX from the Gnatbox folks ( Global Technology Associates, Inc,
www.gta.com) is a good value firewall appliance at the $1000 price point
which appears to meet your criteria above (25 to 30 users in a small
office, 3 ethernet ports: inside, outside and DMZ, allows easy config
and rule maintainence from the console, web, GUI interface, etc.).

There is a reprint of a SC/InfoSecurity magazine product review at:
        http://www.gta.com/Pages/Reviews/RoBoX/sc_RoBoX.html

Detailed specs are available at:
        http://www.gnatbox.com/Pages/RoBoX.html

I have no connection to GTA or the Gnatbox.

BTW, if you have your own hardware that you want to use, you can just
purchase their software product (GnatBoxPro) or 'flash' product.
