When required to enable Internet access (browsing+email) to employees,
what route does such organizations take:

1) Internet connectivity supplied on a physically separate network,
using such safeguards as....
2) Internet connectivity supplied via terminal servers on a separate
network segment, using such safeguards as....
3) Internet connectivity supplied on the same internal LAN, using such
safeguards as....
4) Any other alternatives you might recommend/know of
