May you provide, please, just a single empirically testable, quantifiable prediction suggested by your framework? I mean: "If the phenomenon a occurs, then the phenomenon b occurs". Given your own model, may you fill the letters "a" and "b" with anything that is testable with an experiment? Thanks a lot.
