Dear Otto, Hi! I cannot write you on the FIS list, because I finished my two weekly "bullets". I read your very nice paper, and my first question is: has it been published? I want to quote it asap! Concerning your framework, there is the possibility to make it also more mathematical, if you use the McKean-Vlasov equations for plasma-like collisionless movements. You can find the details in the attached manuscript (currently under review). With such equations, you achieve two goals: 1) your collisionless movements are not anymore limited just to cosmic plasma, but can be extended to less energetic processes in the Universe; 2) ypu may describe all your noteworthy framework on a simple torus-like manifold.
