Ok, the Darcs version of fish should now be fully translatable. I even went ahead and made all the descriptions for command-specific completions translatable. This inflated the number of translation strings from a nimble 300 to a hefty 2000, but I don't expect fish translations featuring translations of all these messages any time soon. I mostly added those strings because it makes sense for them to be translatable, and maybe later, when fish is the single most oftenly used piece of software in the universe, translators will flock around fish.
