Function "help" invokes function "eval" to start a web browser:
eval $fish_browser file://$__fish_help_dir/$fish_help_page Unfortunately, if the browser is a terminal browser, such as links or w3m, this does not work. For example, w3m outputs an error "Error occured while reset 800b: errno=5", while links opens the page but does not respond to input. Less does not work either.
