Fish is very cool. However, `help` opens the help pages in Firefox, but I normally use Konqueror. You should not call the firefox command to display the help, but rather `xdg-open` which selects the application associated with the given file's mime type (Konqueror, in my case; or Firefox for Gnome users, or whatever one chooses in the DE's config dialogs).
