The X clipboard integration is more annoying than helpful to me. The main annoyance is that old stuff in the X clipboard frequently takes priority over stuff I've just now cut in fish. E.g. Ctrl+K is not undone by Ctrl+Y, I have to press Alt+Y to get to what I've just cut. [I'm using Gnome on Ubuntu, fish 1.23.1, YMMV]
And it's not very helpful, because if I want to paste into the terminal I can just middle-click or press Ctrl+Shift+V. Is there a simple way I could just disable it? -- Beni Cherniavsky-Paskin <[email protected]> ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Download Intel® Parallel Studio Eval Try the new software tools for yourself.
