OK, I'm humble enough to eat some pie here. I didn't notice that the Stipulations themselves were a member the repeating group TrdCapRptSideGrp and thus the order of fields becomes significant. You are absolutely correct. I thought it strange that you were making a mistake in the first place. I should have known better.
