I thought that was the whole idea of this web site.
To share ideas and creative solutions, that may necessitate new FIX tags. :)

There are solutions to this problem.
But they are unrelated to FIX.

We do this already with existing messages.
But the extra tag(s) would let us provide more value to both Operations and 
Traders.
