Dear All, I have a question about errors in FIXML DTD/schemas. I reviewed some old posts in this forum, but was unable to find the answer. All FIXML schemas contain some errors, for example, FIXML schemas for FIX 5.0 and FIX 5.0 SP1 miss Market Data Request message at all. If someone wants to use this message, I assume that FIXML schema is corrected locally, in every implementation. Because of this it is possible that corrections can be done in different ways by different parties. What is the correct approach to deal with these errors? Is there any official process of correcting errors and updating versions of FIXML schemas? Thank you in advance.
