I am tried to test my FAST encoder with the "SCP 1.0 EchoServer"

http://fast.fixprotocol.org/scp10registry.html

I register a client Name.
Client "http://www.rttt.org/FastImplClient"; registered successfully. You can
now connect to the Echo Server.

Then I connect to fast.fixprotocol.org:3990 and send a FastHello1[Client]
message but I did not get a FastHello1[Server] back. See my hello message.
