I don't have window version, but I try to say the linux version is more 
powerful. Traders can share the single FIX connection, and trade at the same 
time. I have a simple web based FT OMS, too. If you like, the whole package can 
installed in a single Linux box, and support as many trades as you like. Is 
that better than a Window one?
