Assuming you are talking about the ExecutionReport (35=8) message - OrigClOrdID (41) can not be same as ClOrdID (11). If the original order and the cancel request came electronically then the cancel request (35=F) must have ClOrdID and OrigiClOrdID. These two can not have same value and hence your cancelled execution report can not have OrigClOrdID same as ClOrdID. If the original order and cancel request did not come electronically then cancelled execution report will not have ClOrdID or OrigClOrdID. If only the original order came electronically and you are sending an unsolicited cancel (or got the cancel instruction over phone) then cancelled execution report will only contain ClOrdID.
