Proposal is still missing the FIXML abbreviations in the data dictionary and a separate chapter on FIXML tags to capture tags for new messages, components (ThrottleGrp, RefMsgTypeGrp) and base terms (Throttle, Action, ???). Glossary entry still has a TBD instead of a list of fields belonging to the throttle concept.
