no, the current grammar does not allow you to add values as suggested below and
we don't have any plans to add this either.
I suggest that you use the existing FAST extension mechanism (foreign
attributes) which allows you to do the following:
<define colors>
<enum>
<element name="Red" my:value="3">
<element name="Blue" my:value="2">
</enum>
</define>
