Has anyone thought of how to represent NANs (QNaN (Quiet NaN) and SNaN
(Signalling NaN)) etc. when converting a IEEE floating point number to a FAST
decimal ?

I guess the question could be extended to all IEEE special values, such as
Infinity, etc.
