Are there any alarms generated that could help identify the problem? The issues 
that I see are 1) The <Order> element is missing @ClOrdID, @OrdTyp and @TxnTim, 
2) Your <inst...@cfi> has the wrong format - see appendix 6D in the 5.0 SP2 
spec.
