I just wanted to tell everyone about a wonderful mare, Terena, I have here that is for sale. She is coming 7 years old. She is a half sister to our gray stallion, Johan. She is brown dun, but carries that gray gene so very well could produce gray offspring. Her sire is Majson (earner of Gold Medallions in English and Western) and her dam is a Dusty daughter, Dustin's Snickerdoodle, earner of a Silver Medallion in Western. Terena's owner got pregnant (OOPS - how did that happen?) shortly after purchasing her so most of the attention went to the new baby. Understandable, but unfortunate for Terena. Terena's owner, ever hopeful of finding more time for her, had me put a 30 day tune-up on her last summer, but, alas, the demands of motherhood have prevailed and she has decided to sell her to someone who can devote time to her. I thoroughly enjoyed riding Terena. She has a splash of Dusty's energy and really spectacular, forward movement. I honestly think she would get Blue in conformation if she were put through an evaluation. She is gorgeous! She has a to-die-for baby-doll head with huge, soft eyes and clean, straight legs. She is quiet and mannerly to work around. Her one drawback is that she is not very tall, about 13.3 hands. Because she has not had much done with her since last summer, I would not recommend her for beginners, but she would be great for intermediate or advanced riders. Her movement is so spectacular, I could certainly see her going a long way in Dressage, but I, of course, rode her Western so wouldn't rule that out!
