Members of the Pacific Northwest Promotional Group (PNFPG) should all have their winter issue of Fjord News Northwest, especially if you are a paid-up member. Let us know if you didn't get your issue. Also, make note of the fact that this will be your last newsletter if you have not paid your 06 membership. Also, take note that the deadline for the next issue is mid-March for the April Spring Issue which is not that far away. Please members, send me stories or information of interest as soon as possible. It was fun to put the last issue together because members made an effort to send me 'stuff'. It makes it so much easier for Kathy and I rather than us trying to figure out what would interest the members. No item is too small or insignificant. Let us know what you are doing with your fjords esp. those with families...are there any pony club stories out there? Are you living your dream? Tell us your stories about how you found your first fjord and the addiction that followed. Articles about care differ from area to area so it is interesting for everyone to learn about different afflictions which affect different areas of the pacific northwest from very dry to very wet areas. Our spring meeting is later this year (May 12 13 14 ) and I know Taffy is organizing AN EVENT ...The membership is hoping to entice members to a clinic-type weekend with both riding and driving workshops planned. Prepare to bring your horses to Moses Lake that weekend. More details in the next newsletter. The Mirror Image CDE clinics are also coming up in the spring in both St Ignatius Montana and Mead WA. We had enthusiastic interest for these clinics at the fall meeting and several people have contacted since about signing up. It is important that you contact the event organizers (Riddles and Torgenruds) for further information. 'There will also be more info in the next newsletter. Members please let me know what you have been doing with your fjords this winter...
