I would look for a rear entry meadow brook cart. I Have a  couple rear  and 
side entry carts. The rear is  more easy to get into. The side entry is  a  
harder to get into and out of. But the rear entry you will get   more movement 
for the horse in the shaves. You don't want a draft type.   1.) I would look 
for 
the wheel diameter at about 44" 
2.) shafts parallel to the ground around 34" 3) shafts front to back of  
shaft 76" to the toe board. 4.) Front width at the shafts 28"   5.) shaft width 
at 
the rear about 36" 6.) I would try to get one made out  of a hard wood.
