Not sure whether they go that far north, but you might be able to send the horse south to the racetrack in San Francisco via one of the big TB race horse transporters and get him shipped from there.

She did a great job with him - she said he renewed her confidence after having some not so confidence building time on a school horse that specialized in refusing at the last moment.
