On an upbeat note, I completed 'adult horse camp' on Friday - which was very rigorous for me. We 'competed' in dressage and jumping. There were of 6 of us. I got a fourth with Ivy, who is very green. We scored a 49 on our dressage test and had a clear round in the jump off - which was pretty simple but was a challenge for us. I was pretty pleased all things considered; green horse, aging, overweight rider getting back into shape. There were 3 Fjords competing in the local event near here last weekend (Lord Creek Farm, Old Lyme, CT). I understand one did a really good dressage test. I was a jump judge and didn't get to see them go as I was judging two other levels. I did see them warming up though. Any idea who they were?
