I would also like to mention a good product for sarcoids. My big old horse Charlie developed sarcoids in his groin four years ago. Because of the location they had grown for sometime and were about ping pong ball size. The shots nearly killed him twice. I had heard about exterra from a Vet friend and suggested to my Vet that we try it instead of the shots. It stung Charlie badly when we applied it four to five days at a time. I had to give him bute and banamine to get him through the series of applications. Finally the Vet and I decided to just apply once a month and see if that would keep them from growing. It has now three years later. The Vet was here yesterday and said he can not see any changes altho they might be minutely larger but he doubted it. We give Charley a banamine shot about twenty minutes before applying but there really is very slight reaction. The Vet thinks it may be the blood root that is working? Jean Gayle
