I think Brigid's idea of syndicating Diamant is a good gesture; while I am sure he is not the problem, i would not want to start off right away by trying to "train" him, but just do some very thorough ground work to establish a baseline with him and see where that would lead. Who knows, Brigid, with your patience and compassion, good things are inevietable, but to what degree? *** Karen, this was not my idea at all. This was mentioned by someone else in the thread. I just suggested if someone wanted to do such a thing, they should contact Dorothy. I can't imagine what she would charge for a stallion, if a yearling colt is $10k? I appreciate your confidence in me, but I do not have any experience with stallions except under the watchful eye of their good trainers, like yourself and Gayle. I would not attempt working with such an animal unless he was gelded ;-). / )_~ /L/L Brigid Wasson SF Bay Area, CA _www.Brigid.Clickryder.com_ (http://www.brigid.clickryder.com/)
