Loki refused his "dinner" tonight so that was my first clue that something wasn't right. So while my husband watched him, I ran to the house to call my vet & he went down twice. Steve got his halter on & started walking him & he did pass some manure. My vet came & tubed him & now is the 24 hour "waiting period". The only thing different in his routine was that I dewormed all my horses today. Loki has had this dewormer before with no problems...there are no acorns in his field...so this is a mystery. I'm heading back out to the barn...please keep Loki in your prayers. I can remember how many of you have said that fjords are too stoic for their own good...Sandra in Va.
