I too have had a time with my Charly until the Vet and the Farrier put their respective heads together and designed a shoe that worked. Problem was thin soles and one had separated so a plate was put on with cloth pads full of meds in between. Soles are now all protected by shoes and Bio hoof meal. I wonder if a shoe with slanted depth might force the foot to stretch in the proper direction? Jean G.
