I would like to donate the champagne qh/app I recently rescued to the 4-H program there (breaks my heart but I can't afford THREE horses, at least not until I meet and marry a rich horseman!) Cappy is an absolute teddy bear, and is putting on weight steadily, but needs a good review of the basics under saddle. Besides neglect I think he may have been abused or manhandled in his past. I'm so happy to provide him with the love and attention he needs and deserves, even if he's not a fjord on the outside!
