This message is from: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Laurie...I forgot to mention that the scabs may be from ticks....and the little sores allowed the fungus to take hold. Just a theroy - but, we did find lots of ticks on our tails....it was creepy.
Be prepared too for the hair to fall out.....poor Sven, he has the nicest tail and it looks so scraggly.....waaaaaaaaaaaa! What a nightmare....have never dealt with anything like this in 13 years of owning horses.
