I've never heard of a mycotoxin, but the folds of skin in her photos look like what happens to an obese person when they lose a lot of weight. You say Bonnie is on a diet -- is it possible she's shed more pounds than you are aware of? You can get an approximate weight by using a tape. As far as the other bumps, they could be cysts.
