I have been treating my gelding who has sarcoids that did fester at first with exterra a natural product. We now do him once a month to just keep even with the sarcoids. The exterra stimulates the immune system and might work for them.. Vets have it, it is a salve which does not affect good skin but does react with sores etc. Jean Gayle, PS a Vet discovered its workings.
